不要再每天為了體重計的數字斤斤計較了!
寧可為少1kg脂肪而開心

前者會讓你越瘦越快、越健康!
而後者只會讓你越來越容易胖而已!
這就是為什麼大多減重方法都會復胖,甚至更胖的原因!
