瘦手臂 + 大腿 兩週心得 - 美體

大家好 ˇ.ˇ
有沒有發現~
天氣越來越熱,衣服越穿越少,
冬天多吃少動的戰績都浮現出來了呢QQ
我的手臂 和 大腿 都在開始穿上春裝後明顯看出贅肉,
就進行了兩樣運動,
兩週有明顯改善 ^^ 分享給大家~
手臂:
應該很多人都知道這招了,只是有沒有毅力去做呢 :P
首先雙手打直,與地面平行,
開始轉圈圈,動用的是手臂力量,
順時鐘轉完20下換逆時鐘20下,
轉到手酸為止......
別以為這樣就結束了 ˋ皿ˊ
休息一下,再繼續轉~!
我都會運用空閒 或 看電視的時間做一下,
果然上手臂變的緊實多了 ^^
大腿:
大腿是許多女生的天敵,
如果真的瘦不下來至少讓他緊實些,
曲線也會相對好看。
(這方法是我某天看YAHOO首頁瑤瑤分享的 XD 沒想到一試就有用)
首先進行抬腿姿勢,
雙腿需貼緊牆面喔,(不過我貼不緊耶@@")
慢慢把雙腿打開成大V,
能多V就多V,(不要把自己搞太痛為準)
此時雙腿內側開始有拉筋的感覺了,
腳板還可以順便出點力~讓整條腿拉更直,
維持V字型5分鐘,再慢慢收回休息5分鐘,再打開5分鐘...再休息。
平時有抬腿習慣的女生做這個應該算是挺順便的 ^^
一開始做起來超痛苦...囧...
後來就習慣那種拉筋感了...
這運動我才做一星期,
家人就說我大腿變細 ^////^
兩樣局部的運動跟大家分享一下心得囉!!
