參考了版上威力大(willie666666)的飲食建議文後,

有感於每次都要算很麻煩,就直接用google的excel土炮做了一個

只要輸入年齡、體重、身高、每周運動次數以及目標是減脂或增重,

就會直接跑出應該要吃多少,以及各營養需求簡易的換算,

希望可以幫助到自己也幫助到大家,

有哪邊不足的也還請大家不吝指教感謝。

因為不管要增肌還是減脂 都會先吃到目標量的蛋白質和脂肪
剩下的熱量就用碳水去補足
