這是個以互相激勵為出發點而建的運動line群組。

我們非常歡迎熱愛運動的人不管男生女生,或是你需要被激勵運動的人

無論你是想減重或達成某個運動目標,還是你有自己的專項運動想要提升成績。

這不是聯誼性質的群組,想要虧妹油嘴滑舌跟用只會打字運動的人會自討無趣


條件: 每週運動三次以上,無運動也要回報。

回報你從事了什麼運動。可以互相分享課表,告訴我們你今天完成了什麼。

一次是低標三次,除非有不可逆因素才可接受未達標準。只
