之前從51瘦到47左右,我157公分
雖然這體重看似正常,但是同樣的47,卻和別人看起來不同
我的肉很多,常常都被別人說,47怎麼可能這麼多肉
所以才要減肥
但是...最近肥到快50了
因為以前都在51左右,第一次瘦到四開頭,所以很怕在覆胖
就覺得一切都白廢了......
以前在學校,是靠中餐不吃,一天只吃兩餐,加上睡前小運動
提臀、手臂開合、空中腳踏車、等等的小運動,大約進行30~40分鐘左右
幾乎是半個月至一個月瘦一公斤
但是現在在辦公室上班
公司提供午餐,不吃又很浪費
所以我都一定要吃,但是都吃一些,把剩下的給同事吃
但是上班族很煩燥,又加上最近胃口莫明的開味
都會偷吃小點心....很失控,都控制不了
心理都會偷想,中餐吃很少,所以來個小點心,熱量也不會比便當多
熱量大約都是不超過200卡的罪惡心態,就動口吃掉了
每次都好後悔
就連去個便利商店去儲值悠遊卡,也能買個番薯回家吃
晚餐也一定要吃,因為我媽每天都會煮,不吃東西會被罵
而且我的胃口都會在晚上偷吃小餅乾,又是失控,控制不了
心理又在偷想,熱量不超過一百五
晚餐有少吃,飯也減量,應該可以吃了.....又是罪惡感
但是晚上還是會繼續小運動
一個星期都會有一至兩天各跑步20至30分鐘,腳踏車10至20分鐘
這樣都沒有什麼瘦到,瘦了一下,又回到原本的體重
我到底該怎麼把該死的開胃給戒掉啊
