比較瘦的人要練肌肉 - 健身

先前就有想練腹部肌肉的念頭,有經過一段時間的段練(約略一兩個月)
前面兩個星期有明顯的成效,大概是腹部出現明顯的肌肉分塊,而且還滿結實的
雖然不大,但比先前好很多...
後來要把腹部肉練得突出一點,並一直增加仰臥起坐的次數,卻徒勞無功(50*1→200*1)
有沒有什麼辦法可以吃胖一點,蛋白質多一點的方法
喝牛奶、豆漿之類的我都試過了,對我來說成效不彰
要健身真的有這麼難嗎?
