水中健走的意外好處 - 減肥

由於體型過於肥胖 一些較劇烈的運動容易傷到膝蓋
所以最近嘗試從水中健走 每天固定水裡走個一小時
除了有一定的運動量 矯正走路姿勢跟增進肺活量的效果也不差
不過最讓人驚喜的是 困擾我多年的腳跟龜裂竟慢慢痊癒
除了原先較嚴重的右腳(當初龜裂到裂痕長5cm 走路完還會疼痛)還看得出痕跡之外
較輕微的左腳幾乎是完全康復了
我想應該是每天長時間泡水 又同時腳部有運動到加進其新陳代謝的效果
我也才進行不到一個月 腳跟就幾乎都好了 水中健走對腳跟龜裂應該是不錯
有腳根龜裂又要健美減肥的人 也許水中健走是個不錯的選擇
