最近在補充蛋白質
所以一天一包 統一的無糖豆漿
是這樣的
無糖豆漿一份450cc
而一天建議要喝水2000cc
又不能豆漿當水喝 所以不能直接喝2000cc的豆漿 只喝450cc
這樣一天喝的水要達到低標 居竟是可以扣除豆漿,再喝1550cc水就可達到
還是豆漿完全不能算進去 仍然要喝足2000cc的水才會達到低標?
