小弟所在的大樓健身房只有全肢體重型健體機CS9300+仰臥起坐板跟啞鈴一套而已
想請大家幫忙排一套詳細新手重訓菜單
請告訴我動做詳細的動作跟鍛鍊的部位謝謝
在精華區爬了爬都還是沒搞懂到底要怎麼安排動做跟循環><
目前每隔一天慢跑40分UP而已還沒開始做重訓
