之前因為家庭因素停了一陣子沒運動
從上個月初開始一個禮拜運動五天休兩天
運動時間不長約30~45分鐘
一天跑步 一天鄭多燕(啞鈴運動)or比利大叔(腹部運動)
大概一個多禮拜前左邊背部上方開始疼痛
剛開始擦痠痛軟膏還有點用
現在左手有點舉不起來
若是雙手自然下垂放鬆狀會更痛
拿東西、甚至連大笑的時候都會抽痛
請問這是因為運動的關係嘛?
去醫院看診的話需要看哪一科?
我想現在應該要先避免跳鄭多燕跟比利大叔
那我還可以繼續跑步嘛? 因為跑步也會痛
