三餐內容
早餐:培根蛋OR鮪魚蛋 + 紅茶
午餐:便當 (燙青菜+滷豆腐+滷白菜) 半碗飯+雞絲 (最常吃)
晚餐:大部分同上 或者是水餃10個+燙青菜
其他:一天會喝一杯咖啡 或者吃豆花...
日常作息時間 : 早上9點左右起床(沒課的話) 有課7:40
生活型態:大學生
運動習慣:長假會去跑步.. 但是一開學..除了體育課 只在家做簡單的運動....
(因為課業壓力有點大 除了讀書還是讀書 一直坐著...讀累了就一直吃東西)
我的問題:從大一48公斤到現在56.. 之前曾經減肥過 到50..
一陣子又.....@@
打算買X BIKE 再加上飲食的控制!!
我知道糖類 炸的 烤的 甜點那些都不能碰了!
礙於在學校這 大部分都是外食 常常為了晚餐傷腦筋
食量比起正常女生 很大..@@ 常常吃過便當 三小時就餓了.
不知道能否推薦我一些飽足感很夠熱量又不高的餐點呢?
PS: X BIKE有分型號.. 不知道各個型號的差別是? 我該如何選擇?
