早餐的選擇 - 減肥

我很好奇大家減肥時都吃甚麼樣的早餐?
因為學校附近賣的
差不多都是~
三明治,漢堡,飯糰,蛋餅,麵包,炒麵....等等
可以發現到都是有含(高)油脂或是美乃脂和麵粉的食物
除非去那一種輕食早餐店買,才可以買到蔬果的早餐
而也不能每天都吃同一種種類的早餐~
像我就幾乎每天早餐都吃一個麵包
所以想請問板上的朋友
你們怎麼去選擇你們吃的早餐的種類?

請大家買早餐或便當 飲料的時候盡量不要索取塑膠袋 盡量用手拿
也盡量使用自己的筷子 少使用保麗龍杯 做好回收
請各位大哥幫忙讓地球降溫 感恩
