BMI:33.8
體脂率:34.4
基代:1865
(以上都是今天康是美量的)

三餐內容
早餐:超商御飯糰 + 菜市場買的無糖豆漿一杯約300cc + 香蕉一支 or蘋果一顆
午餐:自助餐白飯一碗+兩樣青菜
晚餐:自助餐白飯一碗 + 一樣青菜 + 煎蛋一顆
其他:我目前是晚上絕不吃宵夜,真的餓到受不了就泡杯牛奶+3持桂格大燕麥片
日常作息時間:早上約9點前起床,晚上11點半前睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:最近開始減肥每天下午5點半到操場慢跑30~40分鐘,真的累到不行
就直線用跑的彎道用走的
運動完回房間休息時順便使用彈力繩當作是啞鈴般的『舉重』
每一支手舉50下
我的問題:希望各位前輩可以針對菜單多給我一些建議
香蕉似乎熱量也挺高的,請問有哪些低熱量的水果值得推薦
