400m操場x2
上半身
inverted rows 15x3
push up 15x3
heart push up 10*3
bench dips 15x3
腿部
squats 15x6
step ups left 10*9
step ups right 10*9
腹部
crunches sit up 15x3
hanging knee raising 15x3
沒再繼續坐視因為肚子會痛
怕抽筋Q_Q---上次做left plank腳抽筋 痛死我了
之後就不敢做plank了
我發現我腹部 做仰臥起坐時肚子都會有種硬硬痛痛的感覺
怎麼辦阿?
怕再做下去腹部抽筋 我又要痛死了 找路人解救Q_Q

有建議嗎?
我有拉筋 有喝水 運動前吃香蕉
