坐在電腦前看動看顆顆校的肥宅
175cm 67kg 20%fat
昨天課表
我中文不好 不會翻成中文QQ
400x2 最後200衝刺
inverted rows 15x3
push up 15x3
heart push up 15x3
bench dips 15x3
squats 15x3
walking lunges 15x3
crunches sit up 15x3
hanging knee raising 15x3
elbow plank 30s x3
left/right side plank x1
要做第二組的時候左腳小腿抽筋
就結束了

upper body:
incline push up for more support
Decline push up for more challenge
abs:
elbow plank 60s*3
crunches sit up 20x6
legs:
Staionary Lunges
Stepping Lunges, another variation
step ups/high steps
calf raises
公園沒有dip handle Q_Q慘耶
我健身完在晚上11點
我之前吃7-11的無糖豆漿+鮪魚飯糰+茶葉蛋
請問大家有沒有推薦的7-11好物?
太晚了我不想自己下廚阿Q_Q
我是做街頭健身 強度適中吧?
