這是有點小小的抒發文
減肥二個月了,早午正常飲食,晚餐吃麥片加水果或燙青菜,比較簡單的飲食
不喝有糖飲料,少吃餅乾和炸物
運動的話就一星期有三至四天跑步5~6公里,其他天數就X-BIKE一小時
減了二個月,我不敢量體重(一量就就會自信遞減型)但是穿褲子有感覺沒那麼緊
衣服也有明顯鬆~這二個月來有在運動感覺很充實也很快樂,而且之前公司加班
到晚上九點、十點(平常是六點就去運動了)回家也很熱血騎了一小時(太晚了不敢去跑操場)~
可是~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
最近的我,已經一星期沒運動了,我真的是完全無動力,怎麼辦?
我知道大家可能會噓我,可是我是真的希望大家給我一點衝勁
我不喜歡這樣的自已,我不想當懶惰鬼、不想得過且過......
大家~~~~告訴我吧!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
