BMI:(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:(1)桂格燕麥1杯+香蕉1條。 (2)正常豆漿1杯+1/3碗白飯。
(3)正常豆漿1杯+香焦1條。 (4)7-11關東煮的白蘿蔔3個+統一燕麥1杯。
午餐:(1)水煮白麵1碗+肉燥+青菜湯1碗。(2)1/3碗白飯+青菜湯1碗。
(3)2/3白饅頭+正常鮮奶1杯。 (4)茶葉蛋1顆+統一燕麥1杯+黑咖啡1杯。
晚餐:(1)半碗白飯+無糖綠豆薏仁1碗半。 (2)1/3碗白麵+正常豆漿1杯。
(3)半碗白麵+小番茄x2+小水梨1顆。(3)燙去皮雞胸肉+高麗菜+苦瓜各100g左右。
其他:1杯都大約是250 C.C ,碗則是營養午餐的小鐵碗,晚餐都在六點前
日常作息時間:早上8~9點間起床,下午1~3點睡午覺,晚上約凌晨2點睡
生活型態: 放暑假沒事作的學生
運動習慣:每天快走50分鐘4000M 心跳130~150
我的問題: 我才剛開始減肥4天,菜單上就是這4天的每一餐依序排列,
有請各位大大幫小妹我審核一下有無需要調整,因為我每天晚上都好餓喔,
不知道是否要繼續忍耐呢還是要增加進食量?這樣吃健不健康呢?
有沒有不對的地方??拜託拜託多給我一些建議!!
