今天早上運動完洗過澡
裸體照了照鏡子
恩...
腰可以再細一點 腹肌可以再明顯一點
屁股可以再更翹點 大腿能夠再緊實點...
連周末假日都毫無例外地
每天至少有氧45分鐘 心跳率一定有150以上有時甚至激烈到180
瑜珈結合重訓少則一小時 多則兩小時以上的女生
但今天突然覺得相當沮喪
沒有夠了 只有不足
得要更努力朝目標邁進:今年夏天夏威夷海灘上的bikini
打敗自己 克服心魔
衝!!
