第一次發文如果有沒注意的我再修改感謝
最近買了健身房會員
目前運動我都是自主一週2-3次
一小時重訓(剛開始所以只用機械式器材一次上身一次下身輪替)一小時有氧(滑步機或
跑步機)
健身房買會員的時候有送一堂教練課
昨天去上課教練說我有駝背沒有拉伸拉筋
只有自主是沒有效果的
必須有人幫忙先把筋拉開重訓才有效
因為剛接觸重訓不久
所以有點不太知道他是想推銷才這麼說還是真的如他所述必須把筋拉開重訓才有效
是真的必須買課程嗎(?
