開始運動已經持續兩週多
改變生活型態
1. 沒有運動> 每週在家踩x-bike 1個小時
2. 早餐蛋餅+蘿蔔糕 > 泡麥片
3. 晚餐每天吃到飽 >一週3天晚上無澱粉 少量青菜&肉
但是今天早上量體重
體重0.1都沒有少
真的有點沮喪..
