今天聽到我同事說他每天用腳泡熱水,過年前到現在,已經瘦好幾公斤,
他並無節食或加強運動
方法是一天泡20分鐘,水就是很燙的水,但是在可承受範圍內,且能讓你泡到微出汗,
請問這是什麼原理呢? 真的有這麼好的事嗎?(我已持續慢跑半年,效果都沒這麼神奇)
