家族曾經有人有痛風症狀
請務必注意
1.避免太激烈的運動
2.運動前後補充 大量 大量 大量水分
小弟我今年3X
體重偏重(171 75 體脂肪21)
家族有人有痛風
曾經以為這年紀怎麼可能會痛風呢
結果..
前幾個月為了減肥
一個禮拜進行2~4次高強度運動(拳擊有氧 爬階梯等等)
水又喝得不夠多(大概補充500~1000CC而已)
有時候運動一小時下來
全身汗水用滴的
然後只跑了一次廁所
隔天起來尿尿是黃色的
這樣過了一個多月..
突然就腳突然像是扭到一樣
痛到不能走路
原本跑去看復健科
結果一個阿伯就直接跟我說
騷年
你這是痛風啦
我死都不肯相信
我這麼年輕怎麼可能!!
但痛的感覺真的從來沒體驗過
只好乖乖掛風濕科
拿了藥
面對我這麼年輕就得了痛風的事實
然後也開始查資料
知道運動員因為激烈運動 很容易變成高痛風危險群
因為這樣洗腎 死亡的也有
原因
運動會促進新陳代謝 產生大量尿酸
對家族有痛風史的男性來說
很可能體質會不易代謝尿酸
然後..
水又喝不夠多的話
就很容易爆掉
即便水喝得多
太多高強度的運動
也可能會來不及代謝掉尿酸
長期在身體內累積下場就是痛風報到
所以我現在乖乖的一天狂灌3000~5000CC的水
深怕痛風再度發作
也希望我的經驗給有在減肥的男性版友
一點經驗跟幫助
不要像我一樣
以為這年紀跟痛風無關這樣...
