深蹲一直單邊受傷 - 健身

大家好,
小弟開始健身大概四個月,
今天早上深蹲加了點重量
(50kgx12->55kgx10)
結果下午開始
覺得左邊大腿屁股交接處的深部開始有點刺痛的感覺,
也說不上是前側還後側,
總之是蠻中間的。
我其實約一個月前,
就有遇過一次這樣的狀況(也是加重量),
那時候不以為意,第二天做硬舉,
結果刺痛感加劇,
所以我臀腿就休息了兩個禮拜。
然後這兩個禮拜我就先用稍微輕一點的重量,
想說沒什麼不適,
所以就再加上去,
結果就又受傷了,
覺得有點挫折。
我目前是感覺到我在做的時候,
左邊的髖關節會覺得比較緊,
而右邊的膝蓋好像受力比較多,
我這樣不平衡的狀況,
請問各位大大有沒有什麼可以改進的建議?
除了再仔細修正動作,
是不是先不要急著加重,讓兩邊平衡?
還是乾脆不要練深蹲了囧rz…
