深蹲後髖關節處痠痛 - 健身

各位巨巨好
上次發文請益姿勢 大部分人都說我沒做到全蹲 頂多1/2
這周深蹲時嚐試蹲更下去一點 (蹲到下腹部碰到大腿)
不過蹲完感覺兩側髖關節(大腿和腰部交界處)

已經痠痛兩天了 感覺不是延遲性痠痛 有種伸展不開的感覺
想請問各位巨具有沒有相關的經驗
