深蹲比硬舉強? - 健身

各位版友好
請問各位
一般正常來講(非職業級巨巨神人三項專練一項那種)
如果三項都有正常的按表操課 穩穩地練 是不是應該硬舉成績比深蹲好?
小弟目前深蹲跟硬舉的PR 都是2倍體重 (155)
平常訓練組大概是用 120跑5*5
但是練起來硬舉比深蹲累非常非常非常多
有時候硬舉還不一定跑得完5*5
休息時間也都拉的比深蹲來的長 請問這樣算是我訓練哪裡出了問題
還是其實這樣也不算不正常?
很多人都跟我說你深蹲這樣 硬舉不就怎樣怎樣
但其實就跟深蹲差不多而已QQ 甚至硬要講可能還偏弱
目前一周六練
硬舉 胸 背 深蹲 胸 背
