跑步機vs路跑? - 健身

本肥步入慢跑生涯也2個月餘了
平常也有在重訓
但慢跑都是在跑步機上
坡度2.0
跑速8.5km/hr
固定每兩天跑1小時
每次跑完一小時都不會覺得累 會覺得身心舒暢
但最近在嘗試路跑的經驗下
發現跑40分鐘就很累
而且是愈跑愈累 不會有跑步機上愈跑愈爽的感覺
是代表跑步機強度遠不足路跑嗎?
