各位好~
今天跑531課表跑到1rm的joker3+
算是已經接近目前的極限了,發現起來的時候槓的重心似乎會往前跑一點點(看網路上的
影片應該要是一直線往上?)是不是因為我屁股推太後面導致上半身容易被槓鈴壓下去呢
?
另外就是之前有看到深蹲強調臀部發力的說法,但其實不是很理解他的意思,是否有明確
的判斷方式?
