上禮拜收到mp2.0
剛好感冒一個禮拜都沒去練
星期六下午去練的時候就喝了一匙
練的時候沒什麼特別的感覺
(之前有一次喝教練給的也無感)
但是晚上11點左右
我的手跟臉開始麻麻的
手跟腿都爆筋
本來喉嚨還是很痛
竟然慢慢的也不痛了!!
亢奮的感覺是還好
因為我就在麻麻的狀態下睡著了
隔天早上起來 喉嚨又開始痛
所以排除是喉嚨剛好要好了
是因為沒喝過pre workout 不習慣
還是我以後都要提早喝XD
