原PO修正了減肥菜單
早餐:全麥土司、水煮蛋*1、奇異果*1、其他種類水果、牛奶300~500c.c.
午餐:改成比較常吃飯或麵(非油炸類的便當、炒麵或米粉羹= ="")
有時候覺得不安心,之前的水煮肉、燙青菜、土司、水果一星期大概兩天
晚餐:飯或麵或全麥烤土司、燙青菜、水煮肉、蒸紅蘿蔔、韓式泡菜
烤鮭魚(一星期一次)
飲料:脫脂或低脂鮮奶、無糖綠茶 點心:下午同事在吃蔥餅或肉餅
一星期大概兩杯的波哥含糖飲料...>"< 也很嘴饞的不再壓抑自己...
每天晨跑20~30分鐘,真的爬不起來就重訓(仰臥起坐*60、腹背肌*60)
結果................
一個多星期之後................
原PO反而重了1.5公斤>"<!!!!
這是正常的嗎....囧""""
我好慌........................................
怎麼辦怎麼辦,我看到體重計真的好慌張阿阿阿阿阿
我不要再胖回去了啦>"<!!!!
