減了14公斤的小心得^^ - 美體

HI大家好
我是美體版的忠實潛水員
平常受惠於板上很多,想說要來回饋一下了
也希望能幫助到許多跟我一樣的朋友^^
先講一下我的基本資料162公分
減肥前:
65公斤
體脂34
臀圍40
減肥後:
51公斤
體脂23
臀圍35.5
我從97年的暑假開始減一直到今天總共減了14公斤
其實中間有復胖,有沒有停滯我是不知道不過有一小段期間是沒有在減的(沒運動正常吃)
先說我其實是從國中一路胖上來,一直以來自我感覺良好XDDDD
所以也從沒想過要減
也不知道從何下手,直到前年暑假同學買了台二手踏步機
我也想說來試試看好了,所以也買了台二手的踏步機
就開啟了我減肥的路程!
一開始我都是靠踏步機運動,然後吃大燕麥片跟蔬菜居多!
其實我很愛喝飲料又在飲料店打工,不過自從開始減肥後飲料的量有少了
其實我一直都是抱持著少吃多運動,
而且運動至少一個禮拜要有3天以上都有運動半小時以上
大餐舉凡燒烤火鍋麥當勞其實我都還是會吃
但是要控制量,不要貪小便宜,盡量吃油脂較低的(ex海鮮類)
朋友常說我這樣在浪費錢,花錢去燒烤店吃菜不如不要吃
但是與其忍到爆走,其實老話一句還是自制力,想吃就吃何必這麼辛苦
只要有運動我就對得起自己這是我常對自己說的
減肥中期
大概是到97年12月開始就沒在減了應該說是怠惰加上天氣冷(藉口)
當時體重是58公斤,到98年2月的時候有復胖到60公斤
漸漸的天氣開始熱了起來又燃起減肥的鬥志!
而且之前那台踏步機被我踏壞,又添購了Lafit的新踏步機
到9月的時候是56公斤,運動型態有點改變
因為踏膩了踏步機,改成用快走的方式每天從學校走回家(大概三公里)
或是在附近社區走,發現大腿瘦的很快!
之前用踏步機是臀部瘦比較快,一直到現在運動方式都是快走居多
飲食方面
其實我是一個人住外面,沒有廚房只有電鍋
常常就是買外食,很少自己弄
基本上是都吃只要有自制力就好,飲料還是有在喝但比較少了
而且都不喝冰的了對身體真的很不好!!
總之,其實減肥真的要找自己最方便
而且肯持續做的方式,像有氧這些因為我沒錢報名
加上離住的地方有距離,這一定會成為懶惰藉口
所以都不考慮那些,雖然踏步機要花錢,但是擺在家裡想到買了又不用
就會逼自己去採才不會浪費!
吃的話真的真的還是自制力重要,我男朋也常在旁邊吃宵夜吃的很開心
我也是會吃幾口,不要把自己逼到爆走,那後果可就是...
對了,其實我都會騙自己我很討厭某某東西這樣久而久之
自己就會這麼想了
像我以前還蠻愛喝奶茶,減肥後喝的次數5跟手指數的出來
一直告訴我奶茶很難喝很難喝,而且還跟朋友們說我很討厭喝奶茶
還有雞排也是,這樣不吃也不會太難過囉~
