本身不胖、甚至看起來偏瘦
可是肚子有一團肥肉 ><
近一個月晚上都有持續跑步(每週至少三次、最多六次 每次都至少35分鐘)
跑完晚上都會喝杯低脂鮮奶
不過體重都似乎沒有下降(莫非體重計壞了 XD)
雖然我的目的不是減重 是減脂!
偶爾會舉啞鈴 做伏地挺身
但這樣是正常的嗎? 還是份量不足? 還是必須飲食控制? 或是多喝水解餓? XD
另外
目前肚子還有一團肥肉的情況下
可以狂做仰臥起坐嗎? (好像會愈做愈凸?)
