減了5個月~但最近進度緩慢 - 減肥

之前就覺得自己太胖了
但去日本uniqlo居然買不到我能穿的庫子
真的是刺激到我了
就決定開始減肥
減肥前 減肥中
日期: 4/19 10/1
身高: 176 cm 176 cm
體重: 96 kg 77 kg
腰圍: 38 in 33 in
早餐:
飯團 or 包子 or 三明治
(簡單說就是控制在200大卡左右)
午餐:
公司餐廳
(控制不超過800大卡)
晚餐:
subway
(控制在350大卡左右)
零食:
真的很餓會吃個一兩片餅乾
偶爾會喝喝含糖飲料
通常都是泡茶或是zero
偶爾還是會吃蛋糕甜點 (大概半個月一次吧~)
但熱量還是會算一下
一天攝取不要超過2000大卡
運動:
每天繞公園快走 40 分鐘
基本上從我開始減肥後
每天就差不多都吃這樣
(最近subway員工對我說『你每天這樣吃都不膩嗎?』 XD)
但聚會或回老家就會吃得比較像正常人
結束後又變回這份課表 XD
前3個月大概4kg/m
接著變成3kg/m => 2kg/m
最近在想是不是該增加每天運動量
或是改變運動方式 比如慢跑
不然到我的目標 <70kg
感覺還有一大段距離啊~ XD
