上個禮拜二決定要減肥!!
早餐正常吃
午餐吃冬粉
晚餐吃青菜
但是到11點左右會餓到發瘋
於是就會開始吃點水果
或是喝無糖豆漿
就這樣過了一個禮拜
體重竟然完全沒變 太誇張了!!!
結果好巧不巧看到一篇報導說
一天吃五餐
只要控制在每一餐的熱量是體重的5倍內
就可以有效減肥
現在正要開始嘗試
希望能夠有點效果來看看
