眼看體重已經抵達68.6kg 所以要勉強自己減肥了<( ̄︶ ̄)>

我是選擇三日餐減肥
早餐
茶 全家買波蜜巡十二茶無糖 全家5.6買一送一 我搬了一箱 24罐才300
白開水不需要勉強喝到3000C.C
因為我只喝500CC左右+波蜜巡十二茶1罐+純喫茶無糖綠[都喝到下午]
半個葡萄柚 幸好現在比較不會酸 水果店購買
1片烤麵包 我一樣是跑到全家買的哈哈 早安吐司八片裝 因為全家比麵包店還要大片
2湯匙花生醬 家裡剛好有~XD 我還把家裡小烤箱帶到公司~!!香噴噴..
[我的順序因為我胃比較不好所以土司先吃 過半小時才吃水果 因為我超怕酸> <]
或是早餐店叫了花生土司or厚片 不要去邊[比較有飽足感]
早餐吃完..大約10點會開始肚子餓...我10點半又偷渡一片吐司+花生醬
中午還偷渡一個素食火鍋
吃完後罪惡感~所以趕快衝到全聯買鮪魚罐頭 順便散散步
中餐
茶
半杯水泡鮪魚肉 鮪魚罐頭 我是挑遠洋牌 熱量少1/2 低指肪
1片烤麵包 [沒吃]
因為中午偷渡火鍋 鮪魚罐頭 我留到3點當點心吃 吃到3點半 慢慢吃就好
其實我超怕吃鮪魚~但是這一罐讓我改變對鮪魚的印象 超好吃!!
一樣泡完熱水 把水倒掉 完全跟早餐店售的鮪魚都不一樣 沒有油
我沒有吃烤麵包 因為中午吃太飽
晚餐
茶 晚上沒喝
2片肉(約3盎司) 用家裡的台糖豬肉片*3
1杯四季豆 我大約用了6條折半[跟上面一起水煮]
1杯紅葡萄 買了一串$90 吃了將近20顆
1個小蘋果 小顆就好 大約10元
1杯香草冰淇淋 小美要20塊 所以我吃杜老爺$12
冰淇淋女生不要吃太多 所以我讓他冷卻 整個溶化才吃 五點我就先吃冰淇淋
洗完澡後六點我煮了肉片跟四季豆 四季豆單吃好噁心
所以我兩根四季豆+咬一口肉+胡椒粉
水果我從七點吃到八點 沒有喝水跟茶~因為我擔心晚上會一直跑WC~!!
有偷喝一點媽媽煮的湯 跟一小塊豬腳的肉沾醬油膏
大約九點 剛好看到體重機.想說量一下好了..光是想到火鍋 我就覺得我會失敗了..
67.2kg...我看錯了嘛....再量一次67.0kg 第一次量我嚇到所以沒站好
整整少了1.6kg 而且我生理期5.5要來了 還可以減輕 尤其我還吃了火鍋
我的心情真是大好~我一想到早上量又會更輕 就好嗨~
要是沒有吃火鍋效果一定更好~~
今天早上量66.4kg 今天我一定會更認真吃 ~這樣才有動力~ 加油~~
我娘有去買一台輝x動動機 運動15分
