大家好
當兵前體態都還算正常 可能因為比較常運動的關係
當兵完少運動 又吃得多 短短幾年就胖到103公斤
對了 我當兵前大概78公斤 181公分
沒想到自己會有胖成這樣的一天
某一天起床看到鏡子 自己的下巴消失了
就很想回到以前的體態
減肥大概一年 八個月前去了健身房
剛去的時候測了體脂肪跟肌肉量
體脂29% 肌肉量我也忘了
到前幾個禮拜 又去測了一次
體脂是19.2% 骨骼肌重是42KG 體重是88

這兩張是目前的體態
飲食方面 自從減肥開始都不喝飲料 只喝水
三餐都是自己做便當 自認是比之前吃的都很清淡
澱粉類的 就是煮地瓜 五穀米 川燙義大利麵拌點橄欖油
如果家人 白飯吃剩 我有時候也帶白飯
蛋白質的話 我幾乎就烤雞胸肉 灑點胡椒粉 或牛肉
蔬菜類就很隨便 家裡買甚麼菜 就燙甚麼菜
蔬菜量都吃滿多的
油脂 方面因為蔬菜我都會燙完加一滴滴橄欖油
沒有特別在吃油脂類的 因為 雞胸肉都有雞皮 我都直接一起烤
目前運動習慣是一個禮拜大概去5天
練三天會休息一天 每次去就是重訓一小時
重訓完 接 有氧 一個小時
重訓每天可能練的地方不一樣
胸部 手臂 腿 背部
每天大概都練一個位置 昨天做過的地方還再痠痛 今天就會換其他部位
我想請問 各位板友
如果我體態想要更進步 我該怎麼辦
因為維持這個體重大概一個月了
我理想體態是可以把體脂肪降到15%以內
我還是應該繼續減脂嗎 還是要增肌
因為剛去運動 就只是想把體重減下來
現在瘦了一點 開始想要有更好的體態
希望各位大大給點建議
PS 胖的人 小腿都有夠粗壯 都少了20KG 小腿還是跟牛一樣肥阿
