最近兩個月 集中火力每天都有去健身房游泳
瘦了大概3公斤吧 不多 不過本身不是多胖
但是骨架小肉多 所以
160cm 48公斤的狀態 在我身上算胖的
現在靠游泳 小腹是平的 火雞脖也不明顯了~
豐胸計畫是大概一個月前重新開始的
靠注意飲食 和按摩 早睡
不到一個月 已經大了半個cup了
最近幾乎每天都有那種生長痛
好開心阿~~
等下要去弄報告了 等改天
有空再來po比較詳細的^^
