減肥心得 125KG -----> 67KG - 美體

多多少少有給到幫助也好,不適宜處,請多包涵= =)
《成果報告》
實行時間
==2006.11.7 ~ 2008.11.7====
從小到大
因為從來體會過正常人的體態
所以這段期間是直接減到目標
沒有特別停下來休息
也好像沒有啥停滯期
一點一點保持體重下降
大約一個月兩公斤到三公斤
and
以兩年前11/7號自己的生日當作起跑點
慢慢的展開減肥的計畫
(給點面子,推個生日快樂也好)
減肥前 減肥後
===========================
體脂肪 51% ----- 16%
BMI 46.0 ----- 23.8
身高 165CM ----- 165CM
體重 125KG ----- 67KG
(其實最重的體重磅秤已經無法精準測量,
因為已經繞過整整磅秤一圈...)
未來展望是希望可以瘦到63或64公斤,
其實有的時候打球打一打就會看到這數字了
不過還是希望體態可以漂亮一些
變成有點肌肉線條的人
《前言》
嗯~~看我ID就知道
俺從出生就很胖了,4700公克的巨嬰
然後不知是後天還是先天,還是先天後天都不知節制
一路就非常肥胖,永遠都是班上最胖的那位
從
幼稚園(大班50公斤)
小學(二年級63,四年級70公斤,六年級87公斤)
國中(國三99公斤,印象深刻,因為當時的女友說超過100就要分手 XD)
高中(高一111公斤,當時我念高一11班,因此量體重被同學調侃是吉祥物)
大學(大四117公斤,兵役體檢的磅秤量出的體重)
研究所(研一120幾,研究所入學,學校體檢體重計指針超過120導致無法測量....)
從小到大都肥胖的我
懷著自卑的心情活著
因為常常被恥笑、污辱
造就很矛盾又很衝突的壞個性
讓我時不時就得面對現實的摧殘
沒什麼朋友
通常都是一個人很認命的活著
ex.
1.常常把朋友機車坐壞,
每坐一次就換一次換避震
換到出去玩都沒有人肯載我,
到最後都很少出門
都是大家直接來我家打電動
聯誼也會直接跳過我............
2.帶給女友困擾
約會的時候,路人都會以異樣眼光投射
(當然啦,這麼又胖又醜竟然有女朋友....)
常常聽見的是 :
你會不會把對方壓死、你看得到自己的雞雞嗎、你看起來好髒好噁心
3.心理問題越來越嚴重
因為做什麼都會沒有自信
就會越來越憤世嫉俗
討厭這個世界,逃避很多場合
亂發脾氣,亂牽拖,所有事情都罵都恨
到最後就是落得沒朋友的下場
4.健康問題
腳踝常常因為太胖腫起來、發炎、痛風
體適能測四五次都跑不完被體育老師痛罵
一痛起來就是好幾天不能下床走路
當時還痛到在床上偷哭用筆寫滿整張A4白紙"誰來救救我"
5.一被女生知道自己的心意
大多都會避而遠之
有時候也會不經意說出"你這麼胖,對不起"
往往付出很多心力
也只會變成好朋友而已
因為對方....恩也有自己現實的考量
都會看著喜歡的女生就算被別的男生傷害
自己連給她幸福的基本能力都沒有(囧)

明顯地
我不是什麼聰明的傢伙,
從小到大不管是做什麼
都只會「土法煉鋼」
我只會努力埋頭苦幹這招而已
所以
這份心得可能比較適合"覺得自己又笨又懶"的人
然後又有可能寫得又臭又長
所以沒耐心的可以 -end- 下去 XD
因為方法都很不聰明
很多時候都是憑一個感覺跟意志力催眠自己好撐著
很多次都是碰壁碰得心灰意冷了
然後再咬緊牙關慢慢撐過去、去調整的刻苦過程
and
老實說
在減肥初期
甚至某些中段的時候
自己有很多錯誤的觀念
即便是看了版上的po文
還是會因為貪圖快速跟方便去嘗試旁門左道
ex.
我有去吃過中醫診所、減肥診所開的藥
結果換來的是體重快速掉下來卻帶有很可怕的心悸
心臟震到不行、痛到人昏倒在沙發上
然後停藥後立刻就胖了回來
我也有去藥局買那種加速腸胃蠕動的酵素
結果就是拉水拉到腸胃炎
完全是脫水
也是停止後立刻復胖
不去真的體認過
真的不會懂
先賢先烈的字字箴言不是說假的
往往需要摸索跟碰到失敗重新努力回正軌
一方面參考版友文章
一方面在自己許可並且不違反健康原則的狀況
找出適合自己生理和心理的方法
才真的是健康的減肥
減肥
與其說是把體重減去恢復完美體態
對我來講
更像是長時間去調整身體的機能
調回跟正常人一樣
《飲食》
因為
生活型態加上自己心態
幾乎90%以上都是以外食為主
水份補給方面就是自己燒水或是去7-11買各式各樣各國的礦泉水
推薦台鹽鹼性水、泰山純水、富維克、還有最近7-11很大罐的那種
有的時候也會跑去微風買那種有夠貴的水
可以騙很想偷喝飲料的自己說喝國外進口的水
好像比喝飲料更爽更帥更雅痞更都會風
但其實他就是水= =
最近
也會開始喝些優酪乳保持腸胃道好菌
(但不要多喝,會胖!!)
兩年來
最常吃的菜單跟店家整理表如下:
(一項就是一餐,一天兩餐或三餐不一定)

1.雞肉飯(不加油蔥、不淋油,就是雞肉+飯,有時候受不了沒味道就加醋)
2.燙、炒、滷青菜兩份(也是都不加醬料,但是蔥花跟蒜頭任憑自己加到爽)
推薦蔬菜:空心菜、青花菜、金針菇、菠菜
3.池上便當,招牌飯(飯一半,青菜多一點)
推薦店家:永和成功路,店名就是池上便當。
4.素食堡、鮪魚堡、火雞胸肉堡
推薦店家:永和很有名的新境界潛艇堡、SUBWAY
TIP:醬都不要,偶爾來點蕃茄醬就好
5.素自助餐廳的牛蒡絲、海帶芽
6.潤餅,不加紅燒肉跟那個紅色的醬
7.全麥土司素三明治
8.水餃5 ~ 10顆
推薦店家:八方、得和路上的董仔水餃店
9.火鍋吃到飽
推薦店家:MOMO、四川華神、錢錦(但只吃蔬菜&一些肉,然後一周限一次)
醬料tip :蔥 + 蒜 + 香菜 + 蘿蔔泥無限 + 黑醋
10.關東煮,但只吃蘿蔔 菜捲 蒟蒻
11.貝果,素生菜口味
推薦店家:西雅圖咖啡、NY
12.7-11的餐點,都有寫卡路里,三明治,或是一御飯糰,是忙碌時候的好幫手
建議:不管吃多少,都要計算卡路里,我都以1500KCAL/DAY來要求自己,
多了明天就少吃一些,少了明天就放縱一點,多退少補
《運動》
運動方面,參考了版上很多強者的文章
總結有氧是最有用的減肥方法
但一開始體重實在太胖,胖到無法行動
所以
先找了一台可以升降的OSIM跑步機
減到了一百公斤出頭,才慢慢開始去跑步
然後估算自己的能力範圍慢慢的,漸進式的去調整運動內容
=========================================================
第一階段 : (維持了半年左右)
每天快走跑步機,每次跑60分鐘到90分鐘左右
坡度調到最高,速度調到快走但不跑起來為主
(不好意思,因為當時太重,跑起來機器會自動停擺,所以就是快走而已)
=========================================================
第二階段 : (維持了一年整)
慢跑,要求自己每天都一定要慢跑,循序漸進的加長距離
從兩千到四千到六千,狀態好還可以跑到八九千
速度不是重點,重點是持續輕鬆的跑,且一定要跑超過三十分鐘以上
每天都強迫自己出去動動
=========================================================
第三階段 : (最近的半年)
慢跑 + 打球 + 游泳 + 偶爾重訓
隨著越來越接近目標,
我慢慢把跑步的份量分去籃球
畢竟籃球有伴
一運動下去就是四五個小時
也不會覺得寂寞覺得冷
(場地推薦:福和橋、中正橋正下方、中正橋裡面、大同高中、光華商場
辛亥路跟基隆路口、大安森林公園)
打球的時候,
盡量要求自己不要休息,
防守的時候盡量擋著對方球員傳球路線,他肯定想跑出空檔要球,就跟著跑
進攻的時候,就像Hamilton那樣在半場跑來跑去,catch & shoot 沒事就跑個不停
多報幾個場或是下場等隊的時候就去旁邊操場跑步,讓自己保持運動狀態。
游泳跟重訓方面都是隨意狀態
想等再瘦一些
因為做了幾次重訓發現體重會上升,體脂肪會下降
但還是想再瘦一點....所以還在評估當中
轉去肌肉沙灘學習一些重訓的知識
《搞笑密技》
1.自我對話,自我激勵:
其實就是說話催眠自己、把自己情緒弄HIGH,我都常常跟自己灌輸這些想法
尤其是在跑得很累的時候,越累就越該跟自己說話打氣
有的時候偏激一點,有的時候正面一點,總而言之要撐過去就是了
我最常對自己說的幾句話
--->看看KOBE,他又高又帥,都這麼強了,還天天跑步訓練到眼睛發黑
你有什麼資格停下來?
--->你又不累,腿生下來就是要跑啊!!
--->如果明天就忽然被車撞死,你就會後悔今天沒多撐一下
--->想要自己喜歡的女孩每次都離開,就停下來休息啊!!
--->現在多跑一點,下次打球被你防守的人就會被守得越慘
--->你喜歡的女生連看都不看你,你得想辦法讓自己變得像個人
--->沒有放棄這種東西
--->失敗讓人挫折,挫折讓人變強,強者決定一切
--->有種每次打球都拖累隊友,讓路人霸場,就停下來休息啊
--->都快25歲了 人生過掉三分之一 好歹也要瘦過一次吧
--->漂亮衣服等著你!!!!
2.聽音樂:
音樂真的是個很棒的東西,
讓你在任何時候都可以轉換不同的心情
我常去各大音樂版找很多好聽的歌
然後想辦法塞進i-pod裡面,就衝去河堤跑步了
(不要笑,我是i-pod一代,黑白畫面的那種)

3.累積爽度故事:
減肥之後,當然會有很多很爽的事情發生
不要害羞,我都會把它寫下來,因為真的很有趣
ex.
---->出國的時候,被各國海關警告,因為護照相片跟本人差太多
---->去專櫃買衣服,小姐說:你應該穿S就好了吧,M太大了
---->同學碰面,看了很久才發現是我,並且不敢置信
---->防守我的人偷偷跟隊友碎念 : 我不想守他,他一直跑都不累
---->外國客戶隔年看到我,問我爸是不是有另外一個兒子
---->很多的第一次,第一次穿長褲,第一次看到自己有骨頭.....
《結論》
減肥真的是很漫長的路,但很老套的說,莫名奇妙要一個人拒絕好吃的東西,
又要每天上班之後,找時間跑出去運動到一定累趴的程度,真的是需要許多熱情
還有動力,或者是健康,或者是尊重,或是找到自己的價值,或者是一段戀愛,
總而言之,The darkest hour is that before the dawn,最難過的日子也會有
結束的一天,我因為從小到大從來沒有擁有過正常人的體態,所以就姑且一試,
像我這樣又懶又笨的傻子都可以成功了,希望板上各位朋友也能夠盡快達到自己
的目標,找回很多失去的東西。
其實現在自己還是有些不滿意,因為走在路上,到處都是色褲紙片人,還有
熱褲模特兒,當然也不是非得要到那種境界,不過或許把肌肉練出一些線條也是
不錯的選擇,我想自己也還有很多東西需要去學習改進,

3.累積爽度故事:
減肥之後,當然會有很多很爽的事情發生
不要害羞,我都會把它寫下來,因為真的很有趣
ex.
---->出國的時候,被各國海關警告,因為護照相片跟本人差太多
---->去專櫃買衣服,小姐說:你應該穿S就好了吧,M太大了
---->同學碰面,看了很久才發現是我,並且不敢置信
---->防守我的人偷偷跟隊友碎念 : 我不想守他,他一直跑都不累
---->外國客戶隔年看到我,問我爸是不是有另外一個兒子
---->很多的第一次,第一次穿長褲,第一次看到自己有骨頭.....
《結論》
減肥真的是很漫長的路,但很老套的說,莫名奇妙要一個人拒絕好吃的東西,
又要每天上班之後,找時間跑出去運動到一定累趴的程度,真的是需要許多熱情
還有動力,或者是健康,或者是尊重,或是找到自己的價值,或者是一段戀愛,
總而言之,The darkest hour is that before the dawn,最難過的日子也會有
結束的一天,我因為從小到大從來沒有擁有過正常人的體態,所以就姑且一試,
像我這樣又懶又笨的傻子都可以成功了,希望板上各位朋友也能夠盡快達到自己
的目標,找回很多失去的東西。
其實現在自己還是有些不滿意,因為走在路上,到處都是色褲紙片人,還有
熱褲模特兒,當然也不是非得要到那種境界,不過或許把肌肉練出一些線條也是
不錯的選擇,我想自己也還有很多東西需要去學習改進,
