身高:164
體重:57(維持很多年)
暑假開始我每天都到健身房跳三節以上的課 大概都是拳擊有氧跟飛輪
後來覺得不夠 通常一個禮拜又跑去游泳(規定自己至少要兩千公尺)兩三次
體重卻一公斤都沒少: (
早餐中餐都正常(也不喝飲料) 晚上因為要運動 大概都吃一盤菜或是到7-11買個生菜
沙拉
應該是有超過基代(吃外面有點難計算)
為什麼會這麼誇張....現在只覺得我體力變得很好 但體重卻該死的不下降
還是這是代謝問題 該去看個醫生呢?
早餐大概是大杯豆漿跟三明治
午餐的話一個正常份量的便當
(不喜歡喝湯跟吃水果)
剛去量體脂 20.2 也沒有多低....
