剛剛去試用牛奶煮惹 ~"~
我用50g的三好燕麥(燕麥片不會QQ所以我去買煮米用的)
100g/362kcal 所以50g就是181kcal(我有秤子)
再加上200ml的義美低脂鮮乳 100ml/39kcal所以 200ml就78kcal
拿去電鍋裡燉,燉好後加1g的equal代糖(因為沒有其他的糖 一一|||)
再加一些豆膠(以前椰林減肥版盛行的膨脹粉)讓他變得稠稠
總卡路里 181+78=259 kcal
雖然可能比植物扭腰燕麥麵(81*2=162kcal)or純麥鮮奶(9x*2=18x)
的卡洛里高,不過份量也滿大的
而且每一份熱量都有他的營養價值
冰起來當早餐,很方便也很健康,飽足感更好
重要的還是省錢呀 *-* 不然植物扭腰28摳 純麥鮮奶25摳(又很難買)
裡面才鼻到1/10的燕麥,不划算哪~~~
吃惹再配大量的水喝,應該對排便痕有幫助吧
明天來試試看這樣吃的成效 *-*
