減肥時吃的油量 - 減肥

男友最近一直想減肥於是決定不要外食
而我早他一小時到家因此主要是我買菜&煮
但男友好像對油非常忌諱
之前做煎雞里肌肉+蔬菜湯(有先用一點橄欖油爆香)+水煮麵
他就會覺得里肌為什麼要用煎的?
今天做隔天的便當
白飯+蒸雞腿肉+底下舖金針菇&高麗菜&滴幾滴香油
他也覺得幹嘛要用雞腿肉很油
然而在我看來這樣的油脂量對有重訓的人來說應該是剛剛好
男友現在一週約重訓三天
還會有一天打球
我認為脂肪比例這樣算很ok了
想請問還有再降低比例的空間嗎?
我有跟男友說吃太少油不是長久之計
但男友覺得那至少可以吃低油一個月再回復正常飲食也行
有想叫他上來po減肥文但他不太喜歡po自己資訊
求大大幫開導
