小弟 接觸此板不多(雖然加入我的最愛有些時日)
雖然訓練量不及板上高手 但是也是偶有觸及
跑步是最簡單 最直接的減重方法
最近小弟的左膝蓋 前十字韌帶斷裂 自然無法再行運動(跑步之類的)
請問想要做運動的話 有無其他替代方案呢?減重 減脂方面
之前還有在運動的時候 是有進步到3公里(從800M漸進) [我知道對板上高手這只是熱身]
3公里完 有搭配電腦人LV1 練腹肌......周末打籃球
可是不知道為什麼打籃球 我就十分容易受傷......左膝就前十字韌帶斷裂了
運動宣告暫停.....3公里....電腦人(連帶...)
我知道減重 最重要的就是多管齊下 飲食 運動 持之以恆 等等
但是現在想要針對 運動方面 請問 無法跑步之下 有什麼其他的替代方案呢?

小弟.......是異位性皮膚炎患者...一般泳池的話....我應該會嚇到其他人....
還有...我怕會對消毒藥水不適應......
海邊的話 我有問過醫生 醫生也是說不建議
