目的
假設我想要實施168斷食法
是否需要計算好預設的tdee,並且一樣計算碳水、蛋白質、脂肪,然後在進食的8小時內
把營養素和熱量補足呢?
還是其實不用計算,就8小時內都可以隨意進食,不需計算總熱量和營養素呢?
還請有經驗的大大可以分享一下
