減肥遇到停滯期 - 美體

早餐:鮪魚蛋吐司+黑咖啡
午餐:水果一盒 (兩片蘋果 三片哈密瓜 兩塊芭樂 1/3奇異果 四顆葡萄)
自製優酪乳200 c.c
下午茶: 會來一包義美高纖蘇打
晚餐:丹堤的蔬菜沙拉 (和風醬)
自製優酪乳200 c.c
日常作息時間: 早上8:30-晚上11:30上班,大約都凌晨12:00~1:00才睡, 7:00~7:30起床
生活型態:每天坐在電腦前的上班族
減肥方式:每周至少運動四次,
每次至少半小時,
星期一參加皮拉提斯1hr, 星期二跑步30 min,
星期三和四參加有氧舞蹈1hr
一天熱量盡量 < 1200大卡
問題陳述:之前使用這樣的減肥法, 平均體重是55~56kg
一度可以瘦到53kg, 但是月經三個月沒來
去看了中醫之後, 吃了中藥調身體, 復胖到58kg
在飲食上明明沒有增量, 但是體重卻不減反增 XD
想求助各位前輩是否我的減肥方式或三餐內容需要改進呢
