想詢問版友 目前減肥計畫有無需要修改?
之前因為準備考試,還要值班,體重這幾年慢慢從70公斤爬到97公斤 身高約174
去年八月底考試通過以後,就開始有時間專心運動減肥
就報名萵苣了, 幾乎每天都去運動
目前約減肥四個多月,減了約20公斤
飲食方面: 早餐吃燕麥加牛奶 水果
午晚餐都吃自製便當, 一天熱量約抓1500-1800卡
運動方面
前三個月運動方式:
禮拜一三五: 做重訓(約兩個小時,matrix器材大致做完一輪)+bodycombat一堂
禮拜二四六日: bodycombat一堂
第四個月起運動方式: (覺得心肺變好,想練體力,增加有氧)
禮拜一三五: 做重訓(約兩個小時,matrix器材大致做完一輪)+bodycombat一堂
禮拜二四六日: bodycombat一堂 + 飛輪一堂

體重 96.4 90.1 77.4
骨骼肌重 32.8 31.9 31.2
體脂肪重 38.1 33.2 22.1
BMI 31.8 30.1 26.1
體脂肪率 39.5 36.8 28.3
感覺起來, 脂肪減很多, 但肌肉沒有長還掉一些
想問一下, 有氧運動做太多了嗎? 需要怎麼修正,謝謝
