早餐嘛.吃兩片土司+牛奶如果有時候+荷包蛋oK嗎?午餐嘛.先喝湯然後少許飯菜不吃肉食Ps學校有時候喝甜湯呢那我也該先喝湯嗎?還是不要喝湯喝開水?晚餐嘛.少許只取蔬菜這樣會慢慢消瘦嗎...?請回答跟問題相關No藥物水果建議吃些什麼番茄呢是要小番茄還是?
