早餐:饅頭+義美低糖豆漿
午餐:學校自助餐
三個拳頭大小的青菜+約100g肉+半碗紫米飯
晚餐:1.便當(主食沒有炸物,紫米飯)
2.義美低糖豆漿+全家地瓜(20~30元)+飯糰(220~350大卡)
宵夜:桂格燕麥+茶葉蛋+飯糰(220大卡)
時間約9~10點((運動完))
日常作息時間:晚上12點~1點睡覺
生活型態:學生
健康狀況:
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?
您是否曾因暈眩而失去平衡或意識的情況?
您是否有骨骼或關節問題,且可能因活動而惡化?
您是否有因高血壓或心臟疾病而需服藥(醫師處方)?
您是否知道您有任何不適合活動的原因?

運動習慣:每天慢跑4000m(進入5分30速)
20下仰臥起坐5set
10下下腹肌訓練3set
10下扶地挺身3set
星期一四打桌球 時間約兩小時(練完也會跑步)
我的問題:上次發文3/5
距離這次發文約一個月
因為維持這樣運動一個月了,有發現肚子消了一點,但是體重沒變,今天要去量in body
希望版上的前輩給點意見
小弟想在四月剛開始調整運動方向或是飲食
