如題 想知道有氧減脂會不會影響增高
小弟目前15國三 應該離長高黃金期沒有很遠
目前減脂幾乎就路跑 游泳 個人覺的強度沒有到很高
路跑就1KM5分30秒的速度跑45分鐘 游泳小弟比較不擅長 大概游個30分鐘自由式
至於飲食方面 小弟除了克制不吃零食 垃圾食物 含糖飲料 高熱量食物之外
並不會特別正餐少吃 真的餓的話點心也就些堅果類的
營養方面自認蠻均衡的 每餐後都有水果很多((兩種較小水果各一顆 例 蘋果 巴勒 蓮霧
想減掉小腹和胸部的脂肪
不知道這樣會不會影響長高?? 求救
