減脂期的力量表現會上升嗎 - 健身

在下是個體脂35%的巨肥宅,
最近剛開始接觸健身減脂;
飲食部分也有控制TDEE-300~500的熱量赤字,
內容也有勉強攝取到約1.2g/KG以上的蛋白質;
現在體重有緩慢下降中,約一個禮拜減1公斤出頭;
打算在減掉10%體重後再量一次inbody看看減脂狀況。
一週四到五練;
菜單排
胸+二頭三頭
腿深蹲硬舉
背+肩膀
休息這樣循環
一開始的重量慘不忍睹
看到大多數人說減脂過程會掉肌肉頂多保持肌肉,
新手期的增長好像也有限...
這樣是不是代表力量表現不太會增加?
這樣是不是代表目前不要輕易地往上加重量呢?
感覺深蹲硬舉前幾趟覺得吃力的重量變得還可以接受,
就漸漸加一點上去了。
還是說其實只是我變得熟練了,所以能夠發揮原本肌肉的效果,
而不是我有肌肉的增長XD
