減脂期體重下降太快 - 健身

各位巨巨好,
我目前在減脂期,熱量赤字(2300, 增肌期為3000),16/8間歇斷食
減脂前體重大約74,目前四週一週掉個0.6-1kg不等
有點掉太快了,目標速度是0.44 <= dx <= 0.66
請問我該提高熱量攝取,還是改變飲食方式(不斷食)?
補充:
碳水大概攝取 190-200g
蛋白質 200g
脂肪 70-80g
