三餐內容:
早餐: 兩顆水煮蛋 一杯無糖咖啡+牛奶
午餐: 御飯糰配3顆蛋
晚餐: 兩顆拳頭大小五穀米 一顆拳頭大小雞胸肉 半片水煮魚 一盤青菜
其他:重訓前御飯糰 重訓後也是兩顆水煮蛋
沒重訓時晚餐同上
每天喝水量大概3000
日常作息時間:早上0600 晚上0000

我的問題: 今天量完有點挫折,上周量體脂是23
本週變成24,基礎代謝上升大約100 ,膝蓋跑步跑到有點肌腱炎,不知道是哪邊錯誤
想請問是先別管體脂繼續練下去嗎?
